Unemployed / Employed Waiver
- Job Seekers Allowance (JSA), including those receiving National Insurance credits only.
- Employment Support Allowance (ESA) and are in the work-related activity group (WRAG).
- Universal Credit and earning less than 16 x the appropriate age-related rate of the national minimum wage / national living wage a week, or £338 per month (individual claims) or £541 per month (household claims) and Jobcentre Plus (JCP) determined as being in one of the following groups:
- All Work-Related Requirements Group
- Work Preparation Group
- Work-Focused Interview Group
- In receipt of any other state benefits (not including any of the above) and earning less than 16 x the appropriate age-related rate of national minimum wage / national living wage a week, or £338 per month (individual claims) or £541 per month (househouse claims)
- Employed and earning less than £15,736.50 annual gross salary.
